Gin owned by Berry Bros & Rudd, No.3 London Dry Gin wins the Supreme Champion Spirit Award from the International Spirits Challenge (ISC), one of the world's most respected spirits competitions.
This is the first time that this top award has been given to a brand of gin.
2019 – For the first time in 24 years judging top distillates from around the world, the International Spirits Challeng chose a brand of gin, No.3 London Dry Gin, as the winner of the coveted Supreme Champion Spirit Award. To award this prize, all trophy winners are retested blindly by the category presidents. It is an award that is given to the highest winner of the competition.
No.3 Gin is made by master distillers with more than three centuries of experience. With juniper in his heart, he embodies the character of the London Dry Gin. The No.3 London Dry Gin recipe is owned by Berry Bros. & Rudd, London’s oldest wine and spirits merchant house located since 1698 at number three St. James Street.
Tasting Notes
● Nose: bright, sharp and fresh, with an evident initial presence of juniper.
● Mouth: with a juniper in the first instance, supported by floral notes, and a warm cardamom. Citrus notes complemented by the spicy flavour of the wine.

The ISC is one of the world’s most respected and influential spirits competitions and promotes distillates of excellent quality that reach their twenty-fourth year in 2019. To ensure optimal results by eliminating bias, judges are subjected to a blind tasting evaluation. This annual event receives more than 1,700 entries from approximately 70 countries.
